If you email slides@prezentium.com by 5:30PM PST, you will receive polished slides in your inbox by 9:30AM PST next business day. We guarantee the timing for up to 20 slides.

If the request is > 20 slides, we will try our best to return it next business day. It might take one more business day.

PREZENTIUM takes confidentiality and privacy very seriously. We serve some of the largest and most respected Fortune 500 companies at the enterprise-level. And, we have successfully passed rigorous confidentiality and privacy criteria for these companies. We approach confidentiality and security in three connected parts: Process, People and Technology.

Process: We maintain a “clean-desk policy”- we delete the presentations after we work on them. We also maintain high standards of IT security and privacy.

People: All employees go through a 2-month PREZENTIUM University where the training includes the importance and steps to follow to ensure confidentiality and privacy. 

Technology: We stringently follow technology guidelines like firewalls, endpoint security, multi-factor authentication, network antivirus protection, etc. 

We ensure that every presentation we do for you is fully consistent with your company’s brand guidelines.

With the very first presentation request, we ask for the company’s branding guidelines. Most companies send us a document with the brand guidelines or an example document. We maintain company brand guidelines and ensure every document is fully consistent with brand guidelines.

We appreciate the concern. We have completed 1M+ slides with a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating. Our revision rate (% of requests that come back to us for changes) is less than 2%. Which means, over 98% of customers are happy with the overnight document and don’t request changes. There are three reasons that drive such high satisfaction:

First, to reduce stress at the beginning of the process, we respond to every submission with a confirmation email stating when can you expect the completed presentation. All submissions less than 20 slides submitted by 5:30AM PT, will be returned next business day by 9:30AM PT.

Second, we maintain detailed preferences for each customer. For example, preferences for images, icons, etc. Using these preferences we tailor the output for each customer, increasing chances of customers being happy with the document.

Finally, we have completed over 1M+ slides and have seen thousands of slide patterns. Using the experience built we are confident we will be able to create a top-quality overnight presentation.
