What This Role Is About
We’re hiring Presentation Success Specialist — professionals with strong business acumen and storytelling skills who can structure executive-level content into powerful presentations. This is not a graphic design role — it’s about shaping ideas, simplifying data, and turning complex inputs into crisp, clear slides.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create well-structured, insight-driven business presentations for clients from across the industries such as healthcare and technology
- Collaborate with client teams, account managers, and internal stakeholders, as needed, to prepare compelling PowerPoint presentation decks for our clients
- Translate client inputs, research, and raw data into clear storylines
- Own the presentation delivery process — from briefs to final slide delivery
- Work with visual designers to bring your message to life without needing to design yourself
- Simplify complex financials, charts, and concepts into understandable narratives
- Manage multiple projects with precision and tight turnaround timelines
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience in areas such as management or strategy consulting, FP&A, business or financial analysis, market research, strategic planning, or executive/pre-sales support
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus, but not mandatory)

- Enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively in a remote-first, content-focused culture
- Possess excellent communication skills — you’re collaborative, curious, and eager to learn and grow
- Bring a sharp analytical mindset — confident working with both qualitative and quantitative business information, interpreting dashboards, and drawing meaningful insights from data
- Have contributed to or created executive presentations, board decks, or strategic business content
- Excel at business storytelling — you can structure content clearly, logically, and with strong narrative flow
- Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to organize business content, build message flow, and structure slides effectively (no graphic design required)
- Able to simplify complex business ideas into clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
